RN_OR Circulator (days+call) opening in Globe, AZ. Below is the estimated pay rate. M-F 6:45am-3:30 pm. 7-10 days of call/month. when on call-3:30p-7p. Call includes weekends

Guaranteed Hours:

36 Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 100 MILE

RADIUS RULE

• We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

RTO:

No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply

Gross Pay Weekly:

$3106 (based on 40hrs)

Weekly Taxable:

$1860 ($46.50/hr x 40hrs) Misc. and

I E:

$476 (non-tax weekly)

Lodging:

$770 per week

OT Rate:

$70 (After 40hrs)

Estimated Net Weekly:

$2548 (Based on 40hrs)

Gross Pay Weekly:
