As a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry/Med-Surg unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to monitor and assess patients' conditions, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Telemetry/Med-Surg unit Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Utilize EMR Meditech, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell for medication management Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Need 1 year experience in setting Flu vaccine is required (no exceptions) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
