Primary Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures, ensuring safety and optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses for seamless care delivery Demonstrate deep knowledge of aseptic techniques, instrument handling, and perioperative protocols Support patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively with empathy and critical nursing skills Adhere to facility policies, regulatory standards, and best evidence-based practices

Qualifications:

Active RN license, valid in AZ or compact states Minimum one year of Operating Room nursing experience (required) Current certifications: BLS; ACLS strongly preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to patient-centered care
