Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN licensure (unencumbered) Minimum of 2 years' recent Operating Room (OR) experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for diverse procedures Strong communication, organization, and collaborative abilities Previous travel experience a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care to surgical patients Safely circulate and/or scrub in a range of surgical specialties Uphold sterile technique and patient safety standards throughout procedures Accurately document and communicate patient status Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve superior patient outcomes Support patient education and advocate for best practices
