Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current RN license, in good standing Minimum of one year experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) Strong ability to monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms Excellent critical thinking and communication skills American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Adaptability to work in fast-paced, changing environments Previous travel nursing experience (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac activity and initiating appropriate interventions Interpret telemetry readings and report significant findings promptly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately Educate patients and families regarding cardiac care and recovery
