- RN is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of the Minimum Data Sets (MDS) and associated reports.
- Registered Nurse
- State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required BCLS
- Basic Life Support required Oro Valley Hospital (OVH) is a 176-bed hospital that also has a freestanding emergency center, Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing Unit, Behavioral Health Unit, and large physician group.
