Duties Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, laser skin rejuvenation, and other non-surgical cosmetic interventions with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and skin evaluations, to determine appropriate treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures to guarantee client safety. Document all treatments accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Patient Now while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor patient responses during procedures and manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively. Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic nursing practices and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills. Skills Valid RN license with current registration and certification in aesthetic nursing or related fields. Extensive experience with Botox (Botulinum toxin) treatments and dermal filler injections. Knowledge of laser therapies, including esthetic laser treatments for skin rejuvenation. Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Patient Now for accurate documentation. Excellent patient communication skills with a focus on education and building rapport. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
