Job Description

Registered Nurse / Licensed Esthetician - Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Part-Time | $28-$36/hour + Commission & Performance Incentives Job Overview Halo Health Solutions is growing our wellness and medical aesthetics team! "Halo" is a personalized wellness and medical aesthetics practice offering hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptides, IV therapy, neurotoxins and dermal fillers, advanced laser and energy-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other wellness services. We are seeking a unique candidate who shares our passion for both nursing and aesthetics . Our ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse who is also a Licensed Esthetician and enjoys the variety of working in a small, growing practice. This is not an injector-only position, and injector or laser certification is not required. We are looking for an RN who enjoys hands-on nursing care, IV therapy, skincare, esthetic treatments, patient education, procedures, and medical aesthetics—and wants the opportunity to grow in all of those areas. This position will begin part time with significant opportunity for growth. We are looking for someone motivated to help expand our esthetics and aesthetics programs, with the potential to build this role into a full-time position as demand grows. About the Role No two days at Halo look exactly the same. You may provide an IV infusion, perform a customized facial or chemical peel, assist our Nurse Practitioner with a procedure, educate a patient about skincare, follow up with an aesthetic client, or prepare a patient for an advanced aesthetic treatment. We value team members who are comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and stepping in wherever needed. Nursing & Wellness Responsibilities may include: Starting and managing IV therapy Administering IM and subcutaneous medications/injections pursuant to appropriate orders and protocols Performing blood draws and specimen collection Obtaining vital signs and assisting with patient intake Providing patient education and reinforcing provider treatment plans Assisting with hormone replacement, weight-management, peptide, IV, and wellness patients Preparing patients and treatment rooms for medical and aesthetic procedures Assisting the medical provider with procedures Maintaining clinical documentation and supporting medication, supply, and inventory management Performing additional nursing responsibilities consistent with RN scope, training, competency, and provider orders/protocols Esthetics & Skincare Perform customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other appropriate esthetic treatments Conduct skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment and home-care recommendations Educate clients about skincare products and treatment options Recommend and sell professional skincare products Build client relationships through treatment planning, rebooking, and follow-up Maintain appropriate sanitation, infection-control, and treatment-room standards Actively help build and grow Halo's esthetic clientele Medical Aesthetics & Growth This position offers exposure to treatments and technologies including Morpheus8 Burst, Forma, QuantumRF, CO2 laser resurfacing, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and regenerative aesthetic treatments. Prior experience with these specific technologies is not required. We are willing to train and certify the right candidate. Responsibilities will depend upon licensure, training, demonstrated competency, applicable scope and supervision requirements, and provider delegation. Beyond performing treatments, we are looking for someone excited to help grow the aesthetics side of Halo by: Identifying clients who may benefit from additional aesthetic services Educating clients and facilitating consultations with the medical provider Following up with aesthetic leads and existing clients Rebooking and developing long-term treatment plans Supporting skincare and retail sales Assisting with promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns Capturing before-and-after photography and treatment content Participating in social media and educational content We value education and relationship-building over high-pressure sales.
Who We're Looking For Required:
Current Arizona Registered Nurse license Current Arizona Esthetician license Experience providing facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and skincare consultations Comfortable with IV starts, medication administration, and hands-on nursing care Passion for both patient care and aesthetics Excellent communication and client-service skills Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative Comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and skincare products Willing to participate in and help create/manage social media content Comfortable working in a small practice where everyone occasionally helps outside of their primary role Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, IV therapy, or a med-spa environment is preferred but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone excited to build , not simply step into an already-full treatment schedule. The right candidate will see slower periods as an opportunity to follow up with clients, create content, generate interest, and help grow their own esthetic clientele within Halo. This Position May Be a Great Fit If... You became a nurse because you genuinely enjoy caring for patients—but you also love skincare and aesthetics. You enjoy starting IVs, educating patients, assisting with procedures, and providing hands-on care, but you're equally happy spending time with a client during a facial, discussing her skin and helping develop a long-term aesthetic plan. You want a workplace where both your RN and esthetics licenses are valuable , where you can learn advanced aesthetic technologies, and where your initiative can directly contribute to your own professional growth. If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you. Schedule & Compensation Part-time with potential to grow into full-time $28-$36/hour base pay , depending on nursing experience, aesthetics experience, credentials, and demonstrated skills Additional commission and performance-based earning opportunities for esthetic services, professional skincare sales, and qualifying aesthetic treatment conversions At Halo Health Solutions, we strive to make every patient experience comfortable, inviting, and individualized. We're looking for someone who brings that same philosophy to nursing and aesthetics—and who wants to grow alongside us.
