A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Who We're Looking For Required:
Current Arizona Registered Nurse license Current Arizona Esthetician license Experience providing facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and skincare consultations Comfortable with IV starts, medication administration, and hands-on nursing care Passion for both patient care and aesthetics Excellent communication and client-service skills Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative Comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and skincare products Willing to participate in and help create/manage social media content Comfortable working in a small practice where everyone occasionally helps outside of their primary role Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, IV therapy, or a med-spa environment is preferred but not required. Most importantly, we are looking for someone excited to build , not simply step into an already-full treatment schedule. The right candidate will see slower periods as an opportunity to follow up with clients, create content, generate interest, and help grow their own esthetic clientele within Halo. You enjoy starting IVs, educating patients, assisting with procedures, and providing hands-on care, but you're equally happy spending time with a client during a facial, discussing her skin and helping develop a long-term aesthetic plan.
