Wyyerd Fiber is looking for a direct sales trainer to work with its Senior Leaders designing, delivering, and optimizing existing structural educational programs for face-to-face, door-to- door B2C/B2B sales teams. This role will report directly to the SVP of Sales and be responsible for driving training results in each of the Wyyerd Fiber markets. This role will require overnight travel for approximately 25%-35% of the time. The successful candidate will onboard and train new hires, run live practice sessions, ride along in the field, field shadowing and coach teams on product value, positioning, competitive comparisons and objection handling to drive new customer growth. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Training:

Lead interactive bootcamps, classroom Practice sessions, and virtual courses for both new sales recruits and existing Wyyerd representatives

Collaborate:

Work closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors to establish a unified cohesive coaching and development path for new hires and on-going development for existing sales team members.

Field Coaching:

Shadow reps during live direct sales pitches, offering instant "just in time coaching", and actionable feedback supporting Team Lead and Sales Manager efforts

Skill Building:

Teach advanced tactics for active listening, relationship building, and overcoming consumer objections.

Curriculum Design:

Create handbooks, slide decks, video tutorials, and role-play / practice guides tailored to face-to-face selling.

Performance Tracking:

Using existing tools and help evolve Wyyerd's tool box for measuring trainee and existing sales rep progress against sales, conversion, and retention targets and run skills-gap analyses to spot coaching opportunities. Essential Skills & Qualifications Proven track record of success in direct sales, field sales, or face-to-face selling. Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and motivational abilities. Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and interactive coaching techniques. Communicate Goal Setting plans and strategies to accomplish Possess the ability to Demonstrate Skills Development tactics Possess the skills to deliver and coach Performance Feedback Ability to train and develop skills to conduct a World Class Sales Meeting High sense of urgency, adaptability, and resilience to travel or work field time hours. High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
