Desired Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN license At least 1-2 years of recent operating room nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing protocols and safety standards Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring a sterile and safe environment Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs throughout procedures Monitor patient status and advocate for best outcomes during and after surgery Adhere to all facility policies and perioperative safety guidelines Document care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
