EMP Healthcare is seeking an experienced Med-Surg Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care to adult patients with a variety of acute medical and surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments. Monitor vital signs, labs, and patient responses to treatment. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.

Requirements:

Active Arizona or Compact RN license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Recent acute-care or inpatient Med-Surg experience Required. Strong assessment, clinical, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal Candidate:
