Travel Nurse Practitioner Overview We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Travel Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care across multiple locations, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to expand your clinical experience while making a meaningful impact in diverse communities. Location & Schedule Multiple clinic locations (details provided during interview) Minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) In-person interview required in Tucson One-week orientation in Tucson required upon selection Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies See an average of 20 patients per clinic day Complete all patient documentation within 48 hours of each encounter Ensure documentation meets all regulatory, licensure, and payer requirements Deliver care across multiple practice locations as assigned Follow established clinical workflows and practice protocols Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA Participate in quality assurance, utilization review, and patient care improvement initiatives Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active and unrestricted state license Ability to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of conditions Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to travel between clinic locations Commitment to maintaining professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality Core Competencies Patient assessment and clinical evaluation Diagnosis and treatment planning Medication management Patient education and counseling Interdisciplinary collaboration Leadership and accountability Regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy Additional Requirements Maintain all required certifications and licenses Participate in ongoing training and compliance programs Attend company, facility, and quality meetings as required Perform all duties within the scope of licensure This role is ideal for a motivated provider seeking a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful patient impact.
