Job Description
Assessment Solution LLC is seeking an RN to do occasional local assessments of patients moving to assisted living communities. $150 per assessment. Registered Nurse (RN) will organize their schedule to fit into your normal day to day activities. The most important requirement for this job is to call the client immediately after an assessment has been assigned to you and make an appointment for the assessment. The length of an assessment is typically 1 hour. $150 per assessment. This is a functional assessment and we provide the assessment forms with instructions.
