Requirements:

Current LVN or RN license in good standing Experience with MDS assessments and care planning preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement regulations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Develop and update resident care plans Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services departments Monitor documentation and reimbursement processes Why Join Oak River Rehab?
