OT RN, Registered Nurse Job Details:

Provide direct outpatient nursing care to patients across primary care, pediatrics, women's health, and chronic disease services. Perform patient assessments, triage, vital signs, medication administration, injections, and immunizations. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and follow-up care. Monitor and coordinate care for patients with chronic medical conditions, including patient education and health management. Review laboratory results, coordinate referrals and specialty appointments, and communicate care plans with patients. Maintain accurate EMR documentation while providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to a diverse community population. RN, Registered Nurse Job Requirements California State Board RN License in good standing Active AHA BLS certification or ability to obtain 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in an outpatient/clinic or community health setting Experience with patient assessment, triage, medication administration, injections, and immunizations Strong EMR/documentation and care-coordination skills for more details and the next steps!
