We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Nurse to join our dynamic team. The Infusion Nurse will be responsible for administering infusion therapy to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Credentials & Licenses (must-haves)

∙ Active RN license in California

∙ Current BLS/CPR certification

∙ IV therapy certification or documented IV insertion competency

∙ Malpractice/liability insurance (if 1099) Clinical Responsibilities -Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assessment of infusion sites. - Monitor patients during infusion therapy for any adverse reactions or complications.

∙ Insert and manage peripheral IV lines; monitor infusion throughout treatment

∙ Administer IV drips — NAD+, hydration, vitamin, detox, and custom protocols prescribed by medical director.

∙ Perform pre-infusion assessment (vitals, health history, contraindications)

∙ Prepare and label IV bags per protocols; maintain sterile technique -Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assessment of infusion sites.

∙ Monitor clients during infusion and respond to adverse reactions Administer intravenous medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients during infusion therapy for any adverse reactions or complications.

∙ Document treatments accurately in EMR (Boulevard or similar)

∙ Maintain and restock clinical supplies, medication logs, and crash cart Wellness Clinic-Specific -Strong IV skills -Interested in functional medicine preferred

∙ Administer IM injections (B12, Lipo-C, Vit.

D, GLP if applicable)

∙ Educate clients on treatment benefits, expectations, and aftercare

∙ Comfortable upselling or recommending add-ons in a consultative, non-pushy way

∙ Maintain a calm, spa-like environment — bedside manner is everything here What sets a great candidate apart

∙ Experience in IV lounges, med spas, or concierge/mobile IV settings

∙ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assessment of infusion sites.

∙ Warm personality — clients are paying for an experience, not just a drip Maintain a clean and organized infusion suite, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
