$46.00-$47.00 per hour Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and facility policies. Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions, identifying and responding appropriately to changes in health status. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately. Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs in the delivery of quality resident care. Communicate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care plan meetings. Promote compliance with infection control standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs. Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Qualifications Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
