Registered Nurse
  • Pre-Op/PACU A fantastic opportunity awaits a skilled Registered Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team in the Pre-Op/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

JOB OVERVIEW
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in pre-op and recovering from anesthesia in the PACU.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient progress post-surgery.
  • Implement aseptic techniques and ensure sterile processing during patient care. Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid RN License
  • Proficient in medical documentation and records review
  • Skilled in patient care, monitoring, and assessment
  • Experience with aseptic techniques and vital signs monitoring
  • Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
  • Ability to perform catheterization and IV insertion
  • Knowledge of acute care practices and physiology
  • Additional premium skills in areas such as critical care.
  • Relevant experience with airway management.
Duties:
  • Administer care to patients pre-operatively and post-anesthesia, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Utilize eClinicalWorks for efficient medical documentation.
  • Utilize acute care skills to assess and address patient needs promptly.
