Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients requiring continuous telemetry Provide patient-centered care and timely interventions Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in EMR systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans Educate patients and families about treatment and ongoing care Respond rapidly to emergencies and participate in code response as needed
