Location:

Cupertino, CA- 1 school site. 100% on-site.

Schedule:

7 hours/day, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday between 7:30am-4:00pm.

Start Date :

Start ASAP- End date of 11/20/26, this is a 2 month assignment with possibility to extend if student is accepted to new school.

Pay:

$45-49/hour, paid weekly.

Our mission is to provide quality care, intervention, and support to students, ensuring they thrive academically and socially. This role involves providing direct support to students with medical or behavioral needs, collaborating with educators and families, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. RN needed to support student during IEP/evaluation to transfer to new school that is outside of the district.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor students' health conditions, administer medications, and provide emergency care as needed (RN-specific). Implement and oversee Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and collaborate with educational teams (RN-specific). Provide direct behavioral support, crisis intervention, and social-emotional skill development. Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create inclusive educational experiences. Maintain detailed documentation of interventions, care, and student progress.

Qualifications:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program. Pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN). Active California RN license required. Experience in pediatrics or school nursing required . Experience with a trach/vent required. Vent certified highly preferred. Experience with NG tubes. Experience working with children or students with special needs is highly desirable.
