PM Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Meal Break:

30 minutes

Pay:

$76 per hour For Local Candidate (under 50 miles) $85 per hour For Traveler Candidate (more than 50 miles)

REQUIREMENTS

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License Valid California School Nurse Services Credential (CSN) or applicable credential required for the assignment Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, as applicable Current BLS/CPR certification Previous school nursing, pediatric, or healthcare experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators Ability to complete required background and fingerprint clearance Strong commitment to student health, safety, and well-being

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide nursing care and health services to students in the school setting Assess students' health conditions and respond to medical needs Provide first aid and respond to illnesses, injuries, and emergencies Administer medications and treatments according to authorized orders Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and special healthcare needs Maintain accurate and confidential student health records Develop and maintain appropriate student health care plans Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns Collaborate with teachers, administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Support health screenings, referrals, and other school health programs Provide health education and promote healthy practices Support students with health-related needs and accommodations Ensure compliance with school policies and applicable healthcare regulations Promote a safe and healthy learning environment

Pay:

$76.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
