The position offers competitive compensation, productivity incentives and the option of a four-day workweek.

Compensation and Schedule:

$120,000 to $140,000 annual salary $12,000 to $14,000 productivity bonus potential Four-day workweek option Outpatient pediatric setting Three-year employment agreement

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care to pediatric patients Conduct well-child and acute-care visits Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions Educate patients and families Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
