T his is a Casual status also known as Per diem position. The shifts are 12 hours with a variable start times. The shift start time could vary between 0515-1100. Call is expected week days and nights for PACU averaging about 3-4 times per month. The minimum casual status requirement is 2 shifts per pay period plus call coverage. Ideally training for this position is part- full time then once trained, the casual status begins. We will work with your schedule. Responsibilities include:

This position will be cross trained to work in pre. Post, procedural which means pre-oping surgical, Cath lan, IR, ENDO and Interventional Pulmonology patients. Also to recover these patients.

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
• With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care
