Lively atmosphere Flexible working hours We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients in a home health, outpatient, long term care, or nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working in a JCAHO accredited facility and be knowledgeable in the latest medical protocols and treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be compassionate and patient-focused, and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a home health, outpatient, long-term care, or nursing home setting. Provide patient education and discharge planning. Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care in accordance with JCAHO accredited facility standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established standards of practice. Monitor vital signs and other indicators of patient condition. Assess changes in patient condition and communicate to appropriate personnel.
