Registered Nurse

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in a patient home
• Perform case management duties, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
• Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
• Provide acute care to patients with various medical conditions and injuries.
• Experience working with children and providing age-appropriate care.
• Perform inhalation therapy and assist patients with respiratory treatments.
• Utilize Cerner or other electronic medical record systems to document patient information accurately.
• Assist with medication administration and ensure proper dosage and timing.

`Provide start of care (SOC) assessment/admit at patient home and follow-up visits

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but an Associate's degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in acute care , telemetry, Med-Surg and ICU
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or similar platforms.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$75.00

• $110.

00 per hour
