Job Description
Get Well Home Health, Inc is looking for RNs and LVNs to join the team. We are a growing company situated in Santa Clarita Valley.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administer medication to patients. Create reports to track the patients' progress. Work with other professionals to create treatment plans. Clean and re-dress wounds if needed. Measure vital signs. Monitor changes in behavior and progress.QUALIFICATION
- Possess a strong initiative to keep the agency in compliance
- Well organized and self motivated
- Self-starter and able to work independently under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
- Excellent computer skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CA RN or LVN license required
- Valid CA driver's license
Job Types:
Part-time, Per diemPay:
$35,000.00- $100,000.
