Practices per established protocols and California Board requirements. Performs age-appropriate assessments, reviews records, and orders diagnostic tests. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and providers, ensuring continuity of care. Delegates and evaluates team activities, maintains safety, and responds to emergencies following protocols. Participates in quality improvement, staff development, and research activities. Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity. Requirements include 3-5 years of experience, a Master's degree in Nursing, valid RN and NP licenses in California, and relevant certifications.
