Job Description

An Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers fast, critical medical care to patients with severe, life-threatening injuries or sudden illnesses in a hospital's emergency department. [ 1 ]
Key Responsibilities Triage:
Rapidly assess and prioritize incoming patients based on how severe their condition is.
Stabilization:
Start intravenous (IV) lines, administer emergency medications, and manage advanced airways or life-saving interventions.
Monitoring:
Track vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels, reacting instantly to any sudden changes.
Procedures:
Assist physicians with wound care, splinting, suturing, and trauma resuscitations.
Communication:
Update doctors, share clear shift notes, and comfort frightened patients and families. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ] l 13 week contract fro 3/12 nights at $2,100 blended per week
