Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Highland Palms Highland Palms is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team. If you're passionate about providing quality care, enjoy working in a supportive environment, and are looking for flexibility, we have both AM and PM shifts available . This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care.
Pay Range:
$29-$32 per hour,
DOE Shift Availability:
AM Shift PM Shift What You'll Be Doing:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care Support and guide CNAs to promote safe and effective resident care Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
