Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards, CPT coding for procedures, and laboratory experience. Skilled in performing diagnostic evaluations such as sonography or laboratory specimen collection/processing with attention to infection control standards. Expertise in managing complex cases involving infectious disease care, hospice & palliative medicine, occupational health issues, or post-acute care settings. Ability to perform triage assessments in urgent care or emergency room environments while demonstrating excellent patient care skills under pressure. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics (including memory care), individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.
