Temporary to potential perm About the Role A highly confidential entertainment company is seeking a seasoned Manager, Production Finance. Oversee production finance activities across multiple concurrent titles Partner with production teams and internal stakeholders on financial planning, reporting, and accounting processes Participate in internal and external production meetings Monitor budgets, spend, reporting, and financial workflows Ensure adherence to established production finance practices and processes Serve as a liaison between production teams and corporate finance Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and efficiencies Navigate a fast-paced, evolving production environment and adapt to changing priorities Qualifications 8-10+ years of production finance experience , ideally supporting complex, large-budget titles. Experience overseeing complex, large-scale productions Strong understanding of production finance practices and industry workflows Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills Experience working cross-functionally with production and corporate finance teams Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Live entertainment or sports production experience is a plus Studio experience is a plus Comfortable working with evolving technology, automation, and new workflows We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
