Night Shift.

Pay Rate:

$68 to $70/hr on W2.

Schedule:

3 nights/9 hours per shift (27 hours/week)

Contract:

13 weeks with a high chance of extension

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ER RN in an inpatient/acute care hospital
• CA Registered Nurse License
• BLS from American Heart Association

• ACLS, PALS, CPI

• Must not have been an employee of any Tenet hospitals in the last 12 months
• Must pass background check and drug test

Some Duties Include:

Assessment & Triage:

Evaluate emergency patient populations using critical thinking for triage and direct care.

Nursing Process:

Own total patient care—planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions.

Team Leadership:

Coordinate care alongside RN I staff, ED techs, and CNAs; direct unlicensed personnel activities.

Independent Practice:

Anticipate responsibilities, manage workload autonomously, and maintain clinical accountability Please note: Personal documents and references will be collected. You will not receive the same benefits as a direct employee of the facility. However, you will be able to sign up for Kaiser healthcare and Delta dental after 90 days of employment.
