What You'll Need:

Active and unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience (hospital or clinical setting preferred) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and pediatric care skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Compassion and adaptability when working with children and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents with acute and chronic health conditions Monitor, assess, and document patients' health status and responses to interventions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; ensure accurate dosage and documentation Support physicians and interdisciplinary teams in implementing individualized care plans Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and home care instructions Respond promptly to emergencies and utilize appropriate interventions Maintain a safe, comforting environment for pediatric patients
