Circulate during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assist the anesthesiologist with anesthesia induction and intubation. Anticipate patient-specific needs during cases and support the team during critical situations to ensure the best possible outcomes. Take a lead role in patient care, including: Conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating progress toward expected outcomes.
