$3000.00 - $3200.00/week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for its Float Pool. The RN will provide safe, individualized, and high-quality patient care while collaborating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Float Pool RN may be assigned to ICU units, units one level of care lower, or another Sharp facility , based on operational needs. (BI02) Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, age-appropriate nursing care to assigned patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes. Monitor patient responses and modify the plan of care as needed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Advocate for patients and families and support shared decision-making. Provide patient and family education based on individual learning needs. Communicate patient care needs effectively through accurate documentation. Delegate and assign appropriate tasks within team members' scope of practice. Participate in patient care conferences and coordinate care across disciplines. Respond appropriately to complex, high-risk, or unusual clinical situations. Requirements Active California RN License CPR/BLS certification ACLS certification

NIH/NIHSS

certification At least 3 years of recent RN experience At least 2 years of recent experience in an ICU/specialty area ADN or BSN required Recent ICU experience in a hospital setting Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts / 36 hours per week Willingness to float to ICU units, a lower level of care, or another Sharp facility as needed

Pay:
