Registered Nurse (RN) West Covina ADHC Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC/CBAS). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment that provides essential care and services to older adults and individuals with chronic medical, cognitive, or mental health conditions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

NOT LIMITED TO

): Provide basic nursing care and services, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and health assessments in a non-acute setting. Development and implementation of care plans and documenting client progress. Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their safety and comfort. Educate clients and families on health management and treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
