A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.
Enclave Med Spa, an upscale luxury med spa, is seeking a full-time, experienced, and passionate Aesthetic Nurse (RN or NP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of injectable and laser experience with a passion for providing exceptional, customized care to our discerning clients. Experience with Morpheus8 treatments is a plus! Additionally, candidates with social media content creation experience are encouraged to apply, as this will support our branding and digital presence. As a full-time Aesthetic Nurse at Enclave, you will be at the forefront of providing luxury skincare and aesthetic treatments while contributing to the spa's growth through client education, consultations, sales, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Injectable Treatments:
Perform Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables, ensuring high standards of technique, safety, and results. Morpheus8
Treatments:
Administer Morpheus8 treatments for facial rejuvenation (experience preferred but not required; we offer training).
Client Consultations:
Conduct in-depth consultations with new and returning clients, understanding their aesthetic goals, recommending treatments, and tailoring individualized plans.
Sales & Upselling:
Actively engage with clients to recommend additional services and memberships that meet their needs, driving revenue growth.
Client Retention & Follow-Up:
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, encourage return visits, and build loyalty.
EMR Documentation:
Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in the EMR system (Boulevard).
Patient Comfort & Care:
Provide a luxurious and comfortable experience for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and confident in their treatment choices.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to all medical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and the highest quality of care.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Enclave team to create a seamless and exceptional patient experience, supporting other staff members as needed. Social Media Content Creation (Plus): Assist in creating content for Enclave's social media platforms, including photos, videos, and posts to engage and grow our online presence. Help promote services and drive brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Licensing:
Must be a licensed RN or NP in the state of California.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of injectable experience (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.). Morpheus8 experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
Sales Consultation Experience:
Proven experience in a sales-driven role, with the ability to upsell treatments and memberships effectively. Social Media Experience (Plus): Experience with social media content creation (photos, videos, posts) is a plus to help enhance the spa's online presence and engagement.
