A Dialysis Registered Nurse cares for patients with kidney disease and coordinates dialysis treatment for patients. Educates patients and families about dialysis treatment and equipment, and monitors patients' medications. Works under the supervision of physicians in clinical settings, including hospitals, dialysis clinics and doctor's offices, and may visit patients that receive dialysis at home.
32291 Mission Trail, Bldg S, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 DaVita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes. Schedule:
Floating within the region. Three 12‑Hour Shifts Per Week. Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse required. RN license in the state of practice. ADN required; BSN preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Reliable transportation for potential floating. Preferred (Not Required): 2+ years of RN experience. Experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD). Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg. CNN/CDN certification.
