Job Description

Company/Role Overview Ro Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Clinical Team, strengthening clinical leadership at the point of care. The Lead Nurse is a force multiplier, designed to provide additional clinical oversight and support while creating a cost-effective option for increasing clinical supervision. Core Responsibilities The Lead Nurse plays a vital role in provider support and retention, including: Providing first-day orientation and on-site support for new cases and PRN coverage. Running trainings with new Providers. On-call support for nurses on the field. Conducting consistent site visits/face time with nurses in the field, with a close eye on cases with newer nurses or district/care issues. Covering staffing two days per week. Handling Incident Reports. Creating and participating in daily "Clinical Team" meetings for coaching, culture building, and debriefing. Joining the admin team's "Ops Meetings" at least once (preferably twice) a week to assist with communication and orientation strategy. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN not required). 1+ years of experience in schools (preferably with Ro Health). Superior communication skills. Why Join Ro Health? $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
