36 hours/week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)

•Med/Surg for a 13-week travel assignment at Adventist

•Lodi Memorial in Lodi, CA. The RN will provide safe, coordinated nursing care to patients while collaborating with physicians, healthcare professionals, and nursing staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in an acute-care environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients according to established standards and the nursing process. Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Supervise and provide direction to assigned nursing staff as needed. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Demonstrate professional judgment, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-safety standards. Requirements Active California RN license required. BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider required. ACLS certification required. Acute-care facility experience preferred. BSN preferred. Previous Med/Surg experience strongly preferred.
