We'd like to invite you to consider our per diem opportunity to earn supplemental income as an Independent Contract Nurse (ICN) while utilizing your nursing skills to make a real impact on people's lives! The assessments are completed face to face in the client's homes. You will need the following tools to complete the assessments. For electronic assessments you will need : A mobile device and a printer with a scanning feature or a printer and fax machine For paper assessments you will need A printer with scanner or printer with fax machine For the Underwriting assessments only, you will need: A calibrated manual upper arm blood pressure cuff A calibrated portable scale (to obtain client's weight) A Measuring tape (to obtain client's height) As a member of our Network, you will visit clients in their home environment and use your nursing skills to complete face-to-face assessments used in determining eligibility or benefits for evaluated clients. You can accept or decline referrals offered to you. These assessments vary in length from 45 minutes to 2 hours and can consist of a health interview, brief cognitive screen, discussing IADLs, and viewing ADL demonstrations. For Underwriting assessments, you will be checking the height, weight and blood pressure of the client. No blood draws required.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse A minimum of two years' experience as a RN working with adult populations Assessment skills are a plus

As a RN with LifePlans, LLC, you will utilize your critical thinking and assessment skills to complete the following: Communicate promptly with illumifin regarding file status and appointment times Obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as required Comply with all assessment instructions and accurately complete assessment paperwork Return the assessment within 24 hours after the appointment Respond promptly to any follow-up and clarification questions regarding each submitted assessment
