Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after procedures Assist surgical teams in maintaining sterile environments and preparing surgical instruments Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the perioperative team Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff and patients' families Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility protocols
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
