Compensation & Benefits Target Compensation:
$135,000 - $156,000 per year $10,000 sign on

Your Role Manage Your Caseload:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments (OASIS), including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges.
Skilled Care:
Administer medications, provide wound care (including Wound Vacs), and manage IV therapies.
Coordinate:
Act as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to ensure the care plan is working.
Educate:
Empower patients and families to manage their conditions safely at home.
Document:
Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes on company-issued iPads.
Requirements LICENSE:
Current, active California RN License is
REQUIRED

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience required. Home Health experience is preferred, but we are willing to train strong hospital/SNF nurses.
Travel:
Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to work independently.
