Qualifications/Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN license Previous Cath Lab nursing experience (minimum 1 year preferred) BLS and ACLS certification required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Experience with pre, intra, and post-procedure patient care in the cath lab Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort Collaborate closely with cardiologists and technologists during procedures Maintain detailed documentation and uphold regulatory standards Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and aftercare
