The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, excellent injection technique, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to patient safety and natural-looking results. Required Qualifications and Training Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license Minimum of two years of hands-on experience administering Botox Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and microneedling treatments Completion of accredited, hands-on aesthetic injection training for neurotoxins and dermal fillers Formal training and certification in microneedling procedures Current Basic Life Support certification Thorough knowledge of facial anatomy, patient assessment, proper dosing, injection techniques, contraindications, and treatment complications Training in recognizing, managing, and documenting potential adverse reactions and aesthetic emergencies Ability to provide proof of completed certifications, continuing education, and relevant hands-on training Commitment to maintaining current knowledge through ongoing advanced education and manufacturer-supported training Professional Expectations The successful candidate must provide thorough consultations, develop appropriate treatment plans, obtain informed consent, maintain accurate patient records, and follow all Estética Siembra Vida clinical protocols. The nurse must comply with all applicable California laws, regulations, standards of care, and medical-director requirements. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent punctuality, professionalism, communication, customer service, and ethical sales skills. The ability to educate patients and confidently recommend appropriate treatments is essential.
