Demonstrates ability to perform technical nursing procedures/skills of patient care competently, seeking assistance when appropriate. Implements patient histories, assesses patients' conditions, and develops individualized care plans for assigned patients. Documents on care plans as patient care evolves, including resolution of problems. Assesses patient educational needs and barriers to learning. Implements multidisciplinary patient education care plan and documents patient teaching.
