We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our Newport Beach team with a primary focus on laser, skin, and energy-based treatments. The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced aesthetic device treatments, understands proper patient selection and skin assessment, and is comfortable developing personalized treatment plans based on each patient's concerns and goals. We are also looking for someone who understands the importance of building their presence within the aesthetic industry and actively promoting their work through social media.

Must Have:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California Current BLS certification Prior hands-on experience performing Morpheus8, Lumecca, and Forma is required and non-negotiable Previous experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic practice Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin typing, patient selection, contraindications, and treatment safety Strong consultation and patient education skills Strong social media presence and marketing skills, with the ability and willingness to consistently promote treatments and showcase results Reliable, professional, and results-driven work ethic

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of skin anatomy, pigmentation, vascular concerns, acne scarring, skin laxity, and common aesthetic skin concerns Ability to recognize appropriate treatment endpoints and potential adverse reactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team Experience with additional aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices is a plus Passion for aesthetics, skin health, and continued education

Responsibilities:

Perform Morpheus8 face and body treatments Perform Lumecca IPL treatments Perform Forma RF treatments Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and skin assessments Assess patient candidacy and contraindications prior to treatment Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient concerns and goals Educate patients on treatment expectations, downtime, pre-care, and post-care Provide appropriate post-treatment care and follow-up Take high-quality before-and-after photographs Consistently create and share social media content showcasing treatments, education, and results Actively market services and build and maintain a personal clientele Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Follow established clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and device safety procedures Collaborate with other Fix Me Up providers to create comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans Maintain Fix Me Up Medical Spa's high standards for patient care, safety, and results If you're an experienced aesthetic nurse with a strong background in lasers and energy-based treatments who is passionate about patient care, results, and growing your presence within the aesthetic industry, please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience with Morpheus8, Lumecca, and Forma.
