Position:

Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (OR)

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with standards and policies Utilize the nursing process, including assessment and evaluation Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia team, and OR staff Support patient flow, continuity of care, and unit efficiency Participate in quality improvement activities and serve as a resource

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of perioperative experience Current Nevada RN license Valid BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
