1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Medical Surgical RN with a current CA license and at least 2 years of experience for a day-shift assignment. Details Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Variable days with every other weekend required No on-call responsibilities Floating required as needed Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Certifications must be issued by AHA or ARC Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required Nursys license verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks Two professional references obtained within the past year required Additional Information Local candidates accepted at the local rate Must reside within a 50-mile radius for consideration No separation time required for former employees to return as travelers Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract Holiday coverage required for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Only one holiday may be requested off per contract Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing 7-year work history verification required for all candidates All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start
