Rodas-Lindstrom Chiropractic Inc. is a growing chiropractic practice in Novato and is currently seeking a bilingual Chiropractic Office Assistant / Front Desk Team Member to join our caring, patient-focused team. Our office is busy, organized, and team-driven, with an emphasis on collaboration and providing a warm, professional experience for our patients. This position combines front desk responsibilities, patient flow, and treatment support. The role involves moving between the front desk, patient rooms, and treatment areas throughout the workday as part of supporting patients and the practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and takes pride in contributing to a positive patient experience.As our perfect match you:
Have professional fluency in both English and Spanish, as this position regularly communicates with patients in both languages. Have the ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone. Are confident handling a variety of front desk and administrative responsibilities, including: o Greeting and checking patients in and out o Answering phones and responding to general patient questions o Scheduling appointments o Organizing files and office documents o Supporting patient flow from arrival through the completion of their visit Are comfortable assisting with patient treatment support as trained and directed by the practice. Help create a welcoming environment for patients and accompanying family members, including children, when needed. Are reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Have the ability to multitask, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of patients and team members. Work well as part of a team while also being able to complete assigned responsibilities independently. Are willing to follow the practice's professional dress standards, including required medical attire. Are able to reliably report to our Novato office for the scheduled work hours. Are able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, or healthcare office is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Start the conversation.
